Close collaboration delivers the right
planning tool for Wyeth
Pharmaceutical company Wyeth has a new strategic planning tool for their "Commercial Business Management Excellence" activities.
In the BME Planning System we bring together Wyeth's varied data sources into a central easy to review, easy to compare and easy to act upon planning system that mirrors the sales force hierarchy. This provides the companies Sales Managers with a consistent strategy for data analysis and strategic planning; crucial in assigning support and marketing budgets.
Together with the ability to analyse all available data to assess regional performance, the solution also makes it easier to perform SWOT analyses and detailing critical success factors.
Regional Managers and Wyeth's upper management rely on the same system to review results across planning cycles, giving them valuable insight in to progress and trends across the sales force as a whole.

The BME Planning System will be rolled out in all EMEA countries after a successful launch in 2 pilot countries where the local teams were heavily involved with pilot testing and development.
